The 55th branch is much nicer. However, I'm sick of this bank. I have had nothing but issues with them and their faulty procedures. They frequently hold my deposits, multiple times leading to my account over draw and giving me fees I had to pay , and they're very reluctant to help or take any blame. I was told directly that it was my fault. They have also told me one balance or account history in store, but them it's different online and at a different store and they would not prove the discrepancies. So they're open seven days a week... they really shouldn't be open at all. I hate this bank and am thankfully changing today

Have been a customer for over 5 years and have nothing but in error things to say for this branch. The staff has always bee friendly and more thanaccomodating. kudos to all of them
