Hands down the best refinancing experience I've ever had! I own three homes and I've done at least a dozen refinances in my lifetime. I've always rate shopped and I've never had someone beat the competition by as much as they did. In total they saved me almost $6,000! The whole process was smooth as can be and Sam was always there when I had a question. I will definitely come back in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrific experience working with Sam at Innovative Mortgage Group. Sam was able to provide the lowest rates along with the lowest costs - no funny business, just pure value. I have a complex work schedule that Sam accommodated, making himself available when I needed. He communicated timely and clearly using my preferred communication methods which made the process very easy for me. Sam took time to answer questions and explain different options while not being pushy in any way. The service was in contrast to several other providers I consulted with and at the end of the day, the rates and closing costs were the best (by far) of all four quotes I received. I highly recommend Innovative Mortgage Group. Refinancing can be an overwhelming process, but Sam made it a total breeze. My husband and I had a very smooth transaction with Sam and Josh. From the moment my refinance inquiry was submitted online to the day of funding, they were very responsive and made the entire process stress free. Even on the day of funding, my husband and I were on a 4 hour flight and there was a bit of a hicup with the lender....not being able to get a hold of us, Sam did what it took to have it finalized. We would highly recommend them!

I have had multiple re-fi experiences, but this was the best. Josh went to the lender to get help with any non-standard issue and was able to keep things on track. His attentiveness and effort were instrumental in achieving success. I give these guys my highest recommendation.

I recently worked with Josh to refinance my home. As a self-employed individual, he was extremely helpful in navigating the process (from selecting the lender, securing the necessary documentation, etc).
