Premier Members Credit Union in Arvada, CO

Personal service on first name basis!

The service there is very poor. Need to hire me people who aren't rude and explain to their customers. Will not refer this credit union to no one. Someone needs to report them to the better business bureau.

Really hard to get answers was just trying to get a payoff for a loan and nobody could really help get me answers

Our loan for a HELOC and Car loan have gone through so I guess that part is nice but our experience was that everyone seemed inept at their jobs. -The loan officer didn't know how to do a refinance and had to call someone else. -The loan officer did not know what date needed to be on the paperwork or if I could leave with the paperwork for my wife to sign. -The front desk didn't know how to get a loan payoff confirmation (we paid off our cars and needed confirmation). -We then heard the counter person say "Oh I can't get into Premier" but yet there we were, at Premier bank where she works. I know they recently merged with Boulder Valley so perhaps that's part of the complication but not only does the staff not know what their doing, they also don't seem to have any aptitude for what they need to do or how to solve the issues that arose. Dealing with the staff at this branch was more than painful. I think we'll travel to a different branch next time and see if its better.

I greatly appreciated all of the services PMCU has provided for me.The personnel at this branch are amazing; any time I walk in, no matter the time since my last visit, I am greeted by name and am asked about members of my family (also referred to by name). My credit card information was stolen and I received notice of the suspicious activity long before I would have caught it when reviewing my statements. It is a wonderful place to do your banking and I would recommend it to anyone who asks.
