Horrible people if you trying to open account here and you're thinking that you will get a good approval for auto loan or mortgage you're making a big mistake they're not going to approve you they will give you as much hard time as they can they're horrible people the manager loan staff I open the account here and I Thought that maybe I could get approval for an auto loan or mortgage I didn't get a proof for anything and then when I went to commercial bank that I had account with them they approve me right away and when I come back here to close my account they charge me for closing my account 25 bucks WTH how ridiculous is this paying 25 bucks to close your account btw I have a good credit history just heard about good interest-rate that's why I try this I would never recommend this place

Simply ridiculous and redundant policies concerning auto loans. They are considered a joke by other lenders
