Wells Fargo Bank in Gilbert, AZ

This location is not good. I made a large cash deposit and it was not applied to my account. I had to call customer service to have it resolved. It's a good thing I had my receipt or I would have been out of thousands of dollars. The last time I was there I had to wait for a banker to have something notarized. While I waited for over 20 minutes, a guy was there before me was still waiting and 3 different customers walked out. I eventually walked out too. Either they are understaffed or on the contrary they are trying to jamb business down your throat for either merchant services or opening a new account. In my opinion that is poor management. Go to the Gilbert Rd location, they take good care of you there

This location doesn't even deserve the 1 star I left them!! Any other location I goto I never have a problem. Any time I go to this location they always have some dumb excuse to turn me away. (Ex. Cashing my checks, getting change for a business in the same plaza, they're rude, horrible customer service, make feel like I'm bothering their time when I walk in) I've come back because it's the closest Wells Fargo to me. But I will for ever now drive the 10 miles out of my way to any location but this one! This location makes me want to change banks. So frustrated.

Long waits, staff tries pressuring you, always charge random fees, I would stay clear of Wells Fargo and this location in particular.

I love this branch. They have been so helpful and kind and I finally have a banker who has my best interest. Always has great follow -up and the tellers are friendly, knowledgable and always have a smile.

I've used this branch off & on, since 2010, & I've moved back to the area, & stopped at the ATM today, cause they close inside at 2pm. Each time I've needed a teller/banker's help doing something, I've never had any issues & everyone is nice, chill, & educated. No problems to report. I'll go inside, another time though, & see if the years have changed the staff, etc...... Since I'm going off experiences, from 2010 - 2011.
