Amazing service! Only downfall is that they have no ATM. There is no credit union on my side of town with an ATM. I have to drive to Verve.

I hate to leave such a low rating, as there is one teller there who has incredible customer service, but I just got off the phone with a lady who was incredibly rude and was incapable of having a conversation to help relieve my issue. Although my issue was resolved after a 10 minute argument, it amazed me how hard it was for her to hear my point of view. Incredibly disappointed and will be looking for a credit union where I truly feel they are looking out for me. Their bad website and unfriendly mobile application were bad enough to deal with, but to top that with horrible customer service, I'm ready to move on.
