It is a rotten place to get a loan. My wife and I have had a loan on a 2005 Durango. We tried to get the payment taken care of, however we were in a identity theft and had all of our accounts froze including taxes. I called Brittany at Wisconsin title and I was suppose to fax everything to her and they would help. I got all of the fax and told to them by a attorney that I should have something $$ in 2 weeks it was the 15th of July 2015. I got a phone from Jenny at Wisconsin and said that I told her that I had a payment on April 1 2015 and I told her that wasn't possible that I told her it was the 15th. So therefore they came to repo the Durango on April 12, 2015. When the tow truck came , I gave him the truck and the tow truck damaged the lawn and dragged it on the truck and we rent the house. There was quite a bit damage. Well I called and asked them what was going on and they said I had to pay 1600, as well as 350 for the repo and it would be 10 per day. I feel this place is a sham.
