Capital Credit Union in Green Bay, WI

i like the folks behind counter, but with all the new rules/charges for free checking and the fact i gave up on trying to bank online with them, that after 17 years with them i pulled all out of them and found another local credit union that's not charging me for taking out my own money.

I've been a member of Poineer since I was a child. After the merger with Capital, there were a few hiccups, but now I feel like it's running more smoothly. I have my new vehicle car loan through them and have a great interest rate. The whole process was fast and smooth.

I had been a member of Pioneer C.U. for the past 32 years. Interest and loan rates were great and the service was awesome. Ever since the Pioneer/Capital C.U. merger everything has gone downhill. It started with computer issues, my online account info was not updated and I had to call several times to have them manually update it. Just the other day my wife went into a branch to make a transaction and she had been removed from our accounts without our authorization. Not to mention the service has suffered substantially. I have given them plenty of time to get their things together and it seems like nothing has improved. I have finally made a decision to move elsewhere with my banking. The only reason I gave a rating of two stars was due to their interest rates, otherwise it would have been a 1 or 0.

Great rates on the 3 loans I've had with them, easy payments online, and very helpful staff. I would like to see more online options and that updated a bit more. I have had a great experience for loans.

Friendly as well as professional, expedient loan approvals, I have never had any problems.
