At first I was happy with the service I got and I have no complaints about my vehicle but about 6 months ago everything from transunion got deleted and my credit score dropped 60 points and for 6 months its been nothing but excuses and placing the blame on transunion but nothing has been done.....plus after paying for a year on a service contract I was notified that it was not accepted by the state so they canceled it.... still nothing

We purchased a car through Koehne last month and I must say from Sarah our Sales person to the gentleman (sorry forgot his name) who did our paperwork, they were both professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone asking where they should buy a used car from. Thank you to both of you for making our experience a pleasant one.

I just bought a car from this place. My credit was horrible even had a repo on my score. I was negative on my trade in and my old vehicle was about to fall apart. I tried at other places like 199ride and I could not get the price I needed. I was hopeless and today I drove off the lot in a car. Thanks to my sales men Jeremy Anderson, he was kind and gentle to my situation. He didn't hound me. He didn't pressure me into something I couldn't afford. Like the other place where the sales MANAGER told me not to pay my student loan just so I could pay their outrageous offer. If you are needing help please go see Jeremy Anderson. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, for all the support and help. I have never felt better about my purchase.

I love my car, yeah you pay more than bluebook but it helps build your credit. I needed my tires balanced and an oil change so far. The belt was broken when I started it on the lot and they replaced it for free obviously. So if you notice anything wrong with the car before you sign papers, they will gladly fix it up.
