I was a first time home buyer and he took the time to explain all my questions and even answered a lot of my questions before even asking. Tom is extremely good at what he does and is very friendly and easy to talk too. One of the best things that I will always remember about Tom is how quickly he would get back to you even after hours. We would receive answers to our emails late at night sometimes. He always kept us informed on everything and never left a stone unturned when wanting us to understand what something was or when things were due by.
