I banked here because of one of those get $100 to open an account offer. I've always gotten good service from the branches I stopped at. As long as all you need is a basic service, you're okay. But if you need to call corporate about anything, look out. They send you through the phone maze and it's hard to get a hold of a living human being. This company is definitely focused more on making money than anything else. I don't hold the personal bankers responsible - they seem to be nice enough - I think it's a leadership thing.

It was alright, but the customer service was not what I'm used too at other locations.
