The worst bank i ever delt with, in one day i had to call customer service 4 times for two different issues. First issue was my atm limit was reduced to 300 from 500 when i pull out 500 all the time, first rep told me she couldnt bring it back up and had to transfer me to another rep who gabe the worst customer service and hung up after having me wait on hold for 10 mins, i call back and speak with a manager and he was no help either, i call back and told the i wanted to speak to service department superviors manager, and he was the most helpful and understanding and got my account back to normal and appologized for his employees just to later go to the mall and hit the same store i always shop at and aparently caused a alert and lock on my card after my purchase. Leading me to issue #2 when i went to buy drinks from a gas station am denied and have to call service again at 9:30pm just to figure out they blocked my card for me shopping at my usual spot. This place blows and wouldnt suggest anyone deal with these people
