BECU in Tukwila, WA

Jerks I'm an out of towner here to make a little money for my family. My employer gives me a check that'll cover a week at motel, food and laundry. I haul my ass all the way to tukwilla I get there at 5:59 and they won't let me in I explain show I'd that I'm out of town. Security guard calls a lady over wanting to let me in trying to be helpful. She walks over asks if I'll be in town tomorrow I say yes but need to cash check to pay for place to stay.she says then you'll be here tomorrow and walked away. I'll tell ya what I'll never accept another BECU check as payment again that's for sure

Effortless, quick, and streamlined! I walked right in and told the greeter what I needed, which was helpful since it wasn't clear exactly where to go. I came to a counter and was helped quickly and professionally by a man who knew what I was talking about, how to solve my problem, and went above and beyond to protect my security. Luxurious waiting room (even though it smells like fresh paint), for my short wait, and friendly staff. I'll be back!

I called the day before I came in to see how much time I needed to do what I needed to do and the lady said it would be quick and easy now I've sat in their lobby for 30 Mins with no help just a you'll be seen next they are wasting the time I don't have! I called for a reason!! And I'm here first thing in the morning

I always feel "Special" when I get any service at BECU. The building is lovely. Staff are always kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I love the youth saving, giving, spending program I use it on myself. And now I am using the investing service for my retirement money. Dr DSLance made it so simple. I trust them unconditionally
