Great rates on loans and decent network of fee free ATMs for deposit and withdrawal. Only downside is that the physical location is not convenient for my north end location, but it is rare the need. Satisfied customer for almost 20 years.

I have been a member for over 40 years and could not be happier with the Credit Union so the following is picky. The name "Inspirus", who came up with that? Seems like the joke about the camel--the result of being put together by a committee! The new facility in Tukwila is very secure and service is fast but what a cold impersonal place! Dealing with a talking head on a video monitor is a cold but efficient process. I like the quick in and out so I guess that is progress.

I 've been a member since 2000. After trying few other local banks I'm a customer for life. Inspirous has kept that small time feel. Plus, I'll elated they moved their location to Tukwila. Its centrally located and easy parking.
