Great customer service

I've been banking here for over two years and it's the best banking experience I've ever had when it comes to customer service . I was a bit skeptical at first when opening my business account there as I knew I had plans to grow my business and open more locations but Sherry reassured me and was very helpful and very informative. What I appreciated most was her honesty about services I needed that they didn't offer but gave me many options and actually got on the phone and researched to see when it would be possible. She got an answer and told the truth . Sherry let me know it's a year out . Well I joined and trusted her and really thought she was the manager for quite sometime to find out she wasn't was a surprise to me . The staff seems to respect her and follows her leadership and what a great staff they all are . I actually have a location in Oak Harbor Wa but I still opened business account here in Lynnwood . I hate for the atmosphere to change here and Sherry should be hands down the manager of this location .
