KeyBank in Lynnwood, WA

I find it unbelievable that a "local" branch actually outsources its incoming phone calls that are supposed to be directed to the branch. The gentleman I spoke with could not even understand my question or answer it in an intelligible, grammatically correct manner. Key Bank is obviously one of the reasons why more people are turning to Credit Unions. Excellent customer service indeed.

I recently opened a account with the lynnwood branch. I soon after found myself needing some extra money so I applied for a personal loan. No big deal. This is where my problem begins. I applied at numerous different companies and a few days later I received a call from a man whom I believed to be a loan advisor. Turns out in the long run the man is a scam artist and I fell victim. I can handle the fact that someone tried to scam me... What upsets me is the bank decided to close my account because the account was new. Forget the idea I was targeted And already a victim of fraud now I don't even have a bank account. I guess the key doesn't fit. Sorry I'm in a emergency and needed funds. I will never recommend anyone to this bank.
