Reliable Credit Association Inc in Lynnwood, WA

Terrible company they have been nothing but rude. My card got stolen and they procided to use the stolen card that was canceled in which they took my car away because I "refused" to make payments even though I gave then the new card for payments multiple times. I was only 2 payments behind because of this and now they want me to pay 1400 because of their mistake... Ummm no thank you. I guess I will see them in court.

i have had no problems what so ever with this company. the customer service is so nice and i was never on hold more then a few minutes at a time. They have always worked with me on the months i had hard time paying. they gave me and my husband a chance to get into a new car and the interest is high but that is expected for someone like us with terrible credit. our credit score has gone way up since we started with them and have started the process of a home loan now thanks to this loan so i would say they have helped us out tremendously . would definitely recommend and use them again.

think the staff are great I've been a customer for a long time and have never been rude they actually help you and try to acomodate to not make you feel like your nothing. I had a tragedy in my family and fell behind and to this day these people still take the time to listen to your cituation and work with you. SURE the interest is high, you didn't complain when you got the check or drove off in the car you picked out at the dealer. IDK people quit bringing companies that help the ones that other financialinstitutions don't even bother giving you a chance or see you as a high risk

I give them 5 stars because; when you have little or no credit, they have been there every time when no one else would. I have bought and paid on time numerous vehicles in my last 20 years. The price you pay for having bad credit is high! That's expected. When it's all said and done, my credit rating for that price was always higher in the end. They trusted and backed me with the creditors every time when the answer would have been otherwise been NO. Going from a score in the 400's to the 600's was well worth the 29℅.
