Excellent bank! Best customer service I have ever experienced. Kirkland branch is great with Saturday hours and fast service.

Went in for a mortgage financing consultation. Was asked to wait since the guy was on the phone. Waited for 15 minutes and he still didn't finish his call. After overhearing the call was only about personal fair, I went to talk to the teller, but was told that "oh he's not even supposed to be here today". The fact that I was told to wait, and nobody messaged the guy that a customer was waiting while he stayed on his personal call in the office was very rude and unprofessional.

Excellent service. Gave credit when I needed the most.Teller gave me tips on how to maximize my credit. Parking in plenty, location convenient, all good.

Excellent service. Remortgaging was a breeze and we got a great deal. Always get my questions answered and rarely wait very long. I fled BoA and their always off customer service and was so happy to find First Tech.
