Wells Fargo Bank in Kirkland, WA

Unbelievable... in a horrible way! For the SECOND WEEK IN A ROW my husband's paycheck has been deposited into another bank customers account. Once is an inconvenient, however understandable mistake, but twice within a two week period is ridiculous. And it has been extremely frustrating both times when we go into the bank to remedy the situation. The employees act like they have no idea to fix it even though we bring all of the required paperwork to make it as easy as possible on them. Within the past two weeks we have lost about an hour and a half of our lives working with the staff who are full of nothing but excuses. We are looking to switch banks -- so disappointing.

I have never had a problem with this branch of Wells Fargo, and I have been coming here for years. Friendly bank tellers and expedited service. I love their new ATM outside. It can scan and print a copy of the check you deposited onto the back of the receipt!

Everyone is so nice and helpful at this branch. I always leave there smiling :)

the service is very bad, sometimes there are more than 4 people working and only one basis, are lazy.

Recently opened my child's bank account. The banker was very helpful.
