i hate Wells fargo .... worst experience i ever , customer doesn't matter for them

The drive through ATM isn't actually an ATM and takes way longer than it should.

Great customer service. A decent bank if you just need a standard checking/savings account.

The lady at the entry way on the desktop on the left side it's rude she looked at people how you are dressed up and than if she likes the person she will talk to you or them but if she don't like the way you dressed up than good luck trying to get something out of her ( help )

Needed a temporary checking/savings account. Wells Fargo tries their hardest to find every way possible to bill you their monthly fee. This is why I closed my account. It was turning into a second job regardless of how hard I tried. Employee deposit, sure. Six plus monthly debit card transactions, positive. Active checks, why not. Regardless of how many times I reached their requirements to avoid the monthly fee they still ended up charging me. I had the account for ten months before I said good bye to it. I lost about $100 on their monthly fee. I would have been better to place the extra funds I had saved for a second bank account into my investments. I lost money with Wells Fargo. I would and would not recommend them. It's all matter of opinion and experience. I honestly say Wells Fargo customer service is excellent. Not one bad, upset, grumpy nor indecent employee. Well educated individuals that take pride in their job. No complaints their just satisfied. Wait times can vary from location to location. I honestly recall medium to long wait lines. Quick transactions are fast while higher banking requests take more time. If the customer is sociably starved they may take a while longer. My debit card got frequently stolen and I had to request replacement and credit reimbursement three times in a 10 month period. The third time is when I decided to go back to cash.
