One of the best pawn shops I have ever done business with. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fair prices and they deal in a wide variety of items. I've been patronizing them for over a decade and I plan to continue doing so.

I didn't know anything about what I was doing-the staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. I would do business there vs other places. As, a plus their prices seem to be fair. They have many unusual items-go Christmas shopping early! Seriously, there is something for everyone.

I've DEFINITELY had a much better experience at "Pacific Pawn & Loan" than with ANY other pawn shop in Everett.

FRAUD!!! Scam artists!!!! BEWARE. Just went to LOAN a ps4, 2 controllers, a $65 game and a $99 ps gold headset. These f****** and the manager KNEW I said loan I even asked for a 90 day loan. He said yes even explained how the loan will increase after 90 days, and KNOWINGLY gave me a pawn slip.... A couple months later I went in to get it back and they said "We sold it, you asked to Pawn it not loan", and they acted like its normal for customers to not know they signed the wrong slip and said "if it was a loan then all the boxes would be checked off on this paper"...WTF? So i sold my whole gaming console and accessories valued at $600 for $150?? Who in their right mind would sell all that for dirt change?? Never being here before I didn't know the difference between slips and it was my fault for not reading the whole paper before signing but you should NOT have to worry about a company scamming/stealing from you and lying to your face. They are full fledged SCAM ARTISTS. They are obviously loosing so much money they have to resort to stealing from their customers. DO NOT EVER PAWN, LOAN, OR BUY FROM HERE. WHAT A GHETTO UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMING BUSINESS.
