I'm a big fan of their ATM! It works great, is rarely down, and gives me money! I mean, it's my money so that's cool. I'm not one of their customers so I can't rate them. Great ATM though!

Back to back bad experiences with the mortgage department. First we did a second mortgage and that loan was a constant challenge. The person didn't know what she was doing. First she quoted our credit scores wrong and told us we had been declined. We then got our credit scores in a letter from wsecu. They didn't come close to matching what she said. I then called the manager and the manager said she would get right on it. We had an offer that same day. I had to correct her calculations multiple times, she sent the wrong paperwork and then got mad at me because I kept correcting mistakes and sent me a nasty, rude and very unprofessional email. Then when we went to finalize the loan she set our funds to pay off the wrong account. It was the worst financial experience of my life bar none. Next we refinanced through them hoping that we wouldn't get her again because we wanted to stay with our bank if possible. We got someone different she at least knew what she was doing. This time though their department can't seem to abide by their own deadlines. We were told it would take no more than 45 days, they never had to wait more than 24hours to get anything from us. To make a long story short it is day 57 still haven't finished disbursement of funds.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH 3 EMPLOYEES WORKING ( RATHER EXRREME LACK OF WORKING AND OUTRIGHT RUDE - EXCEPT FOE THE ASIAN REP ) THE FRONT, NO CUSTOMERS OTHER THAN MYSELF BUT AN ABUNDANCE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM - DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!
