Wells Fargo Bank in Burien, WA

I work For Starline that had account there. They keep trying to charge me a fee to cash my paycheck saying my company needs to call THEM and fix it. Huh? Who is the customer here. Also their system comes. up as me deceased! SS is fine, my credit fine, my BECU account fine. Only them. I'll never get an account with them

i wanted to deposit money for my uncle i gave the teller maritza the account no. cash money & i also swiped my card, all i wanted to know was if the account number and the name i gave her match, she told me "its against the company policy i cant give you that info" that she have to talk to her manager in this matter, over all she took 15min of my time for no reason, i will never go back to that place again.

When I tried to pay off a loan, the bank told me that they couldn't take my money because I'd signed up for automatic payments from my checking account. After much fuss, I finally got a banker to agree to accept payment against my loan principle, but only on the 16th of the month! I waited for the 16th, and took the time to go down there again. A teller named Samantha took my check, and told me that she was closing my account. A week later, I found that the bank had taken more money from my checking account to make an unnecessary payment against a loan that didn't even exist any longer! More phone calls, and more people who had no idea what they were doing. That about describes all of my encounters with people at this bank. I finally got the account closed only by calling an 800 number. So long, Wells Fargo !!!!!!!! Here's an update. A month after I closed all of my accounts, I'm finding that they're still taking money from my checking at another bank to pay a loan that doesn't exist!

Everybody here is very friendly! During peak hours it can sometimes get a bit crowded but honestly what bank isn't crowded on Friday at 4pm. If you run a business I recommend coming to this location out of any others in the area, their business account specialist knows his stuff and will help get everything squared away.
