Came in here to get change for a $100 bill about a month ago. Place was empty with two tellers and a manager on staff. Plenty of means and opportunity to help out with my needs available. I was told since I didnt have an account I couldnt get change from this bank. Bank of America next door, was busy with a full line queue and the tellers there gave me the change I needed. Umpqua's lack of desire to serve will be a deciding factor should I decide to obtain a bank account in the future.

I have been a customer of this branch for over 20 years. This is the best banking experience I have had since I left the East Coast. They are always friendly and the service is personal.
