Awesome experience with these guys! It was my first home loan and Steve made it a very easy process. I've heard horror stories about home loans, but Steve was right there to answer all my questions. From what people have told me, the no-cost loan I got was a great deal. I saved a lot of money by not going to my bank.

My husband and I worked with Steve from Seattle Mortgage Brokers when we bought our first house a little over a month ago. We couldn't have had a better home buying experience.
