I was recommended by my Real Estate agent to use Guild Mortgage and to contact Tom Jarzynka. I am a big stickler on customer service and being communicated with on where things were with my loan process and Tom was simply the best mortgage guru I've ever encountered (this is only my 3rd home purchase, but the other two were simply not up to my standards and Tom EXCEEDED them). I recently had a property tax issue and, without contacting Tom directly (and AFTER my loan had been sold/transferred to another lender), he called me and offered assistance to get the matter resolved. While it turns out that I do still have to pay the balance of property tax due from 2011, I was just incredibly impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, communication and kindness that Tom and the folks at Guild Mortgage provided me with during my home loan process. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a personal touch when dealing with buying a new home... or even refinancing a mortgage (I think they do that too). Thanks so much Tom!
