Sound Credit Union in Bellevue, WA

Very friendly staff!!! Not sure the name of the young lady that attended me, but she went above and beyond to help me out. Very satisfied with their customer service.

I use Sound Credit Union's Shared Branching and my account's with another credit union. The Redmond and Bellevue branches have always been very helpful, every time.

More like a bank than a credit union: I have had many CU's over the years. I would not recommend Sound because there are so many other CU options. In my experience, First Tech is much more customer-friendly and technology focused. 1. Phone Service is not as conclusive/knowledgable as it is at other CU's, 2. Account Fees are higher than other CU's, 3. Website is antiquated, 4. They don't accept many (most) types of common electronic transfers - mail is sadly the easiest. There are just so many other CU options in the area.
