BECU in Auburn, WA

I personally have had excellent service at this BECU location. All the folks I've ever dealt with @ this location have always gotten out of their way to help me. dg

Rude and customer service is poor. Don't bank here or any other BECU location. They're all hype about what a great credit union they are. Not true. Just find out for yourself.

Do not bank here! I tried opening an account yesterday.. They not only mainly care about your credit score.. but if you don't manage to qualify for an account, the lady started reading off everything I had in collections loud enough to where her coworkers commented from across the bank. They are inconsiderate and rude. And they called the cops on me because I knocked over a chair.... Don't bank with these over dramatic ass holes.

When you have to wait 45 mins just to print a new debit card it's really frustrating. I used their notification system to save your place in line when it said I was 3rd in line I came inside and counted 3 people get their named call then I was sure I was next but then they called someone else name and I thought maybe I was off. So I will be next for sure but they called someone else name and I was beyond frustrated by then and told the banker that I've been waiting for more than 15 mins after they said I was 3rd in line. She said she would look at it and said I was marked absent and she would put me in line next. What kind of customer service is that. Obviously I've been waiting a lot longer than this lady that I just witnessed walk in no more than 5 mins ago. What should have been done is told her that name was called out of order and I she would get to her in just a moment. This makes me not even want to bank with becu.

I have been into this branch for over 7 years and today was my best experience yet. Randall was helpful and very knowledgable. He made me feel as though my ignorance was bliss and his job was to educate me. I always feel uncomfortable walking in and asking about something I know nothing about. (I am a first time home buyer.) and he made it so easy to talk about. So glad to get some good customer service!
