Credit Concepts in Auburn, WA

I've read a lot of reviews saying they are crooks and the interest is insane. Guess what interest is always high when you get a loan with a sub 550 credit score and their rate is extremely competitive with other lenders in the market. I never had a problem here, my loan was laid out in the contract I signed and everything was explained. Even when I had a month or 2 where I knew I would be late on my payment, I called them to be proactive about my situation and they were very understanding and helpful to make sure I could keep my account up to date and in doing that it helped my credit score greatly. I'm working toward being able to have a single digit interest rate but right now I'm glad their here to help me get a car or personal loan. I am definitely looking to get another personal loan to finance upgrading appliances in my home while building my credit.

Youll have no problems as long as you dont crash your car. I paid them for a year. They helped me when i needed it. I was rear ended last month my insurance 1 had issues getting ahold of them and when they did they sent them a check to pay it off which credit concepts couldnt accept without my permission. Okay they swear they sent me the paper work to approve the pay off. Never recieved it searched and searched my email for it. Once i owed more the email finally came in and they said well idk but now you owe me more money. I will never go back to them and now neither will my brother or best friend which both were gonna get a loan with them when tax season came.

DO NOT do any business with CC. HORRIBLE snobby customer service, very unhelpful. High APR. Horrible over all is what I can say.... goodness.....

Unfortunately poor customer service and support. I paid off my first car with a loan through this company over a year ago. I was unaware of the process to finalize transferring the title in my name. I paid my final payment in person at their office where I was only told that my title would be mailed to me and that was it. I am now selling my car and found out that I was supposed to take additional steps to put the title in my name. Since it's been over a year I have to have this company sign a release of interest form. When I called to ask for the a release form I was told, "Jenny handles those things and she will get to it when she can". The gal on the phone referred to my request as a "back burner" item. The gal had terrible customer service throughout our entire conversation. I am supporter of local businesses but because if the lack of customer service and support it wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. *** I did get to speak with Jenny the next and she was actually helpful. ***
