Upgraded buildings but they need to upgrade their customer service..it's so slow I was in the drive thru for +25 minutes multiple times

I've been to the new location twice. Each time I spent about 30 minutes in DRIVE THROGH. Isn't the point of drive up service is to have FASTER service? If there's four lanes, shouldn't they have four tellers? I made sure to go when they first opened this time... didn't make a difference. I was the second person to show up and still waited a ridiculous amount of time. I could manage a heard of cows better than what they have going on inside of that building. Thinking of just banking with Bank of America so I can deposit my money without getting pissed off that people can't do there simple little job officiantly. Save yourself time and just walk into the damn bank.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lines outside are always long. I usually set for 35-40 minutes on fridays trying to deposit a check.

My husband and I went in to set up an account and take advantage of a lower interest rate. Betsy took the time to assist us in all our banking needs. Betsy was kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She pulled out coloring books for the kids and stayed late to ensure we had everything we needed!
