I went into Wells Fargo today to cash a check from a client of mine. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told I would have to go grab a seat in the chairs against the back of the wall and wait to have my check verified. Honesty, I was a bit annoyed. Nowhere did I see any sign that would have told me that. There was no one in the front to direct me. What a waste of time. But what could I do? I sat in the chairs waiting to be called. I waited about 15 minutes in a place that seemed to have no sort of order. In fact, someone grabbed a seat next to me and immediately jumped up when someone came back to help, cutting me. At this point, I became even more annoyed. 45 minutes of waiting in lines. Although I can't call sitting in a chair that had no sense of order a line because people seemed to be getting called up whenever. In fact, I was almost skipped again. Another lady came back, glanced at me and then tried to call another person over. I had to jump up and insist that I was next so I could be taken. Then I was informed there was going to be a charge for cashing a check. I was highly irritated at that point. No one had mentioned a charge and I'd been waiting forever. THEN! I was told to go back into the original line to actually cash the check. Seriously, was all that necessary? Did I need to wait in three different places for over an hour and a half? I left Wachovia years ago because I was dissatisfied with them. I see that being absolved into Wells Fargo hasn't done anything to better the banking experience.

The bankers would not notorize my hand written statement ...they said it needed to be typed which i know to be crap...ive been a member for 3years years now, still cant get anything done there

I needed to make a deposit that I have done several times to the same person, but I left the account number at home....Elizabeth would not even try to help, just "Nope, you need the account number". So I went right on over to the one on Power Plant and asked the teller the same thing...NO PROBLEM!! They made the deposit based on the info that was in my account several times!! Elizabeth needs to be trained on customer service cause there was no reason she could not have done the same thing. If i am desperate enough to go again...she will not be "helping". No thanks Ill wait for a nice teller that doesn't mind working.
