I have nothing personal against the people that work at UCCU. In my experience, they are very competent professionals. Reason for the 1 star review: This is the only way I know of to wave a white flag desperately back and forth to signal to the corporate team at UCCU that something is seriously amiss. The online services are atrocious. The user interface reminds me of websites from the 1990's. Every single consumer task has been horrendously over-complicated. The design is bland. The whole experience screams "don't use our online services". The labeling is confusing. The absolutely exhausting complexity of trying to make payments on my car loan have completely turned me away from the company. For pity sake, all I want to do is make a payment from an external account. I feel helpless trying to figure out some of the simplest tasks. In short: go back to the drawing board on your online product. The website is a unsightly stain on an otherwise exemplar organization. Simplify and beautify before it's too late!

Everyone at the branch is so nice and helpful, and they always go the extra mile. Especially the loan officers. Kristen has helped me out with multiple loans, and has saved me a lot of money. I love UCCU!!

I love UCCU they're an awesome local credit union. I didn't have the best credit but they actually looked past my score and more into my payment history with my current auto loan and my income and approved me for an auto loan. Which was a nice change since so many banks just take your score and give an approval or denial rather than looking at all aspects. That alone is why I stay with UCCU

Would rate 0 if it was an option. You can never get ahold of anyone, their phone lines are down, online is down and it takes at least 20 min to get through and they never fix the problems!! HORRIBLE service
