First Colony Mortgage in Lehi, UT

I was always able to get in touch when needed but not all promises were kept. The main positive is they did close and lock the rate below what they initially quoted. Unfortunately fees increased and we didn't close on time which was majorly stressful and caused lots of unrelated expenses to increase. I would have been able to offset some of those expenses had they not waited until the day I thought I was to close to tell me it would be a few more days. Not very happy about receiving further solicitations in the mail either.

I needed to refinance my house and wanted options. I had tried other lenders but they were not giving me any options. Working with Heather Bloyer at First Colony was a great experience and just what I had been looking for. She worked hard at getting me several options to choose from and is very knowledgable about the different loan programs that are out there. She communicated with me frequently and had my loan processed rather quickly.

Jon was our mortgage officer who we worked with on our recent purchase of our first home. We were very happy with working with him. Since we had never gone through the process before he was helpful and explained everything to us and made the process simple. Those in the office were very friendly and easy to work with also. I also felt that we received that absolute best interest rate that we could. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and will go through First Colony Mortgage in our next home.

They did a great job of taking care of us and finding the best mortgage for us on the first go around. To make it better a year after our initial mortgage they contacted us letting us know that interest rates had dropped low enough to save us money on our monthly payment. Yes it makes them money to refi us but taking care of your customers to the point of letting them know how to save money over a year later is awesome customer service and loyalty!! I would definitely recommend Lane to others.

My husband and I worked with Travis Van Noy. It was our first house, first mortgage etc. and he was so patient with us throughout the process. As we were building a new house there was obviously a lot of back and forth and he was awesome to work with the whole time. He was quick to respond, we got a fantastic rate, and we will absolutely be using them again in the future!
