Dustin is probably one of the most trusted professionals I know. He is someone that is a great person, not just a great mortgage lender. I had many chances to buy a home and changed my mind so many times, but Dustin never, and I mean never, made me feel like I was a burden. Despite the fact that I was potentially going to have to switch lenders to receive certain benefits when building a home, Dustin was still incredibly helpful. In the end, I bought an existing home and was able to work with Dustin instead of switching, which was a smooth process with him helping me along. Sub par communication all the way around. Constantly had to wonder what was going on. Absolutely the worst consumer experience I can recall in years. They want to blame you the consumer for ball they dropped.

He works hard to make sure that every detail of the loan is managed appropriately. When necessary he will take after hours calls and do all he can to meet impossible deadlines. I cannot say enough good things about Dustin. At the end of the day you know he is working hard for you and has your back.
