I would not recommend Compass lending solutions. They do not return phone calls and over sell their capabilities. Steer clear of Ryan Frost, seems nice but not someone you want to do business with.

Ned and his team worked tirelessly on our behalf. As first-time self-employed home-buyers, we knew it wouldn't be easy to get a mortgage. Ned was energetic, positive, open and honest with us from day one. He patiently explained everything in layman's terms. Since we had never been through the process before, we didn't know how lucky we were to be in such good hands. Another mortgage broker could have easily dropped the ball when faced with unforeseen obstacles, but Ned met the challenges and helped us close the deal. Highly recommended!

Compass did a fantastic job getting our home loan done in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ned & Ryan are super professional and really explain all of your options. The process was very easy and quick.
