Wells Fargo Bank in Draper, UT

I finally don't have to go here anymore. The staff is nice but couldn't be more slower.

Wells Fargo is an absolute joke of a bank. Especially at this location. Constantly only has 1-2 tellers at peak times, while other employees sit at their desk and scroll through their phones. It's no surprise I had my husband change banks due to the incompetence level that is constantly displayed at this bank and location.

Worst service ever!!!! The whole draper has the $hittiest service oriented people

I CANNOT STAND THIS BANK! They have given me nothing but trouble since day 1. They held my paycheck for DAYS because it wasn't issued through them. They love fees. The drive through is always backed up. They wouldn't accept a deposited check made out to me and my husband because he wasn't on the account DESPITE having a copy of our marriage license on file! I'm so done. I am going back to America First Credit Union.

A shocking level of incompetency. After supposedly being helpful consolidating in no uncertain terms two accounts, including a closed credit card, the card they "closed" was not closed and was left open to accumulate fees. Absolutely incredible. To fail in such a manner where it will leave me out a few hundred dollars. A perfect example of a bank that has no respect or care for it's long time customers. Stay away.
