The tellers here have always been so friendly towards me. The are always smiling and cheerful! No complaints.

I am opening a small business and I needed to open a checking account and credit account. I already have personal accounts with the bank so I thought it would just be the easiest thing to do. Apparently I had to meet with the "private banker" to do this so I set up a time to meet him. First off he was 20 minutes late to our meeting that I had only scheduled only two days before. We opened the checking account easy enough but he said he would have to contact some other people at the bank to get approval for the credit card for the business. I don't know much about banking but I was fine with that, he said it would only take a couple of days to see if I was approved or not. I waited one week and had still not heard anything from him so I went into the bank to see him. He said that he was just waiting for the "approval" email and that he should have it in just an hour or so and he would call me. I waited a week and a half more and still had heard nothing. I called again and after I explained who I was again it took him about 3 minutes to remember me even though we had just spoken about a week ago, he had this whole speech about how his corporate bank could not approve me because I had another business outside of Utah, which I hadn't, and that he was going to have to send me to another one of his contacts. It was apparent that he still had no idea who I was or what my business was, I am still doubtful if he ever even sent in to see if I could be approved for credit. It was amazing how negligent this banker is. Let me just say that if you are opening a small business don't use Wells Fargo, from start to finish it has been a horrible experience. This banker's name is Daniel Brassard his title is "Regional Private Banker." If you do have to use Wells Fargo ask for someone else.

Promised me a free security box, but started charging me, and had no record, after I had the for 6 years. Eventually after 2 months management decided continue honoring the arrangement that has been in place the prior 6 years.
