Hello! I wanted the faculty and staff at Mortgage Educators and Compliance to know how thrilled I am with your company, as well as the course content and instructors of the 20 Hour Pre-Licensing SAFE Course. Mr. Luna and Ms. Anderson were awesome and I learned a great deal during the course. Mr. Luna has a knack for taking complex and difficult to understand mortgage concepts and making them understandable and digestible for the average student. I began the course with no previous mortgage knowledge or experience, so I had a long road ahead of me. Through their instruction and my use of ALL the supplemental study guides and materials, I am proud to announce that I passed the national exam with a 92%...ON MY FIRST ATTEMPT! I definitely had to study many, many more additional hours outside of the 20 hour course, but the instructors laid the foundation I was able to build upon. I honestly don't know if I would have done as well without the use of the tons of additional resources you provided. The supplemental materials on the federal laws and 1000 question practice test were both worth their weight in gold (by the way, I reviewed all 1000 of those questions). I won't take up more of your time, I just thought you should know that I think you are providing an excellent product and service and I'm glad I chose you as a course provider. I will be back year after year to earn my Continuing Education credits. Thanks again!

Amazing! They are always there for you whenever you need help. Mr. Birk was very informative and told us exactly what we needed to know for the exam. He also provided us with essential study material. Highly recommended!
