My mortgage got sold to them and I absolutely hate this bank. They do not have their act together. They constantly aren't sending statements. Their automated phone system is always having problems and has hung up on me more than a dozen times. They are the absolute worst bank I have ever had to work with.

This is not a bank so please take it off Google and stop confusing people. I recently moved to Utah state and was looking for an MandT bank. Found this one in American Fork on google, put it on my GPS and drive 40mins. Only for me to get there, there was no ATM machine. The door was open. No one inside and just a bunch of stairs leading downstairs to some kind of a maze. Very sad. I have never been so disgruntled all my life
