The worst place ever to apply for a loan, they give you the run around about loan information. There credit score information is inaccurate, do it makes it impossible to get a loan or finance anything.

Very one but pam is nice. I'm not sure why she works here. The young lady I believe is Jaime is nice. Yall need people like her not pam.

Got the absolute worst treatment getting an auto loan here. We got the run around and were given the wrong rate initially. It was a bait and switch. It's a passable institution for basic personal banking (checking account, savings account) but I wouldn't recommend getting a loan, CD, money market or anything else.

Seriously, credit unions are supposed to be more trustworthy and all I've gotten is the run-around I have seen from big banks. If someone has an adequate credit score, how are you going to deny them on a 60 month loan of just $8,000 with a $37k salary? Absolute garbage.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here but I've been banking with them for over 10 years and love them. Any time there's ever been a problem I've walked away happy with the outcome. Nice people nice service
