Check 'n Go in The Colony, TX

if I could I will give no stars to this location, we went three and the only employee (JOAN)that was there had no customer service at all ,after we were the first in the store she make us wait while she was on the phone, them she tell us to wait again to" take a payment "but she end up doing 2 more contracts while we were still waiting without even tell us ,we left after 2 hours of wait,unveliable .If you appreciate your time and want to be treat well go somewhere else.

Went to send money stood at the counter because no one was in line Joan the clerk asked me to sit down while she assisted another customer on the phone and I did. But shortly after she got another call and took it then another one. I waited for about 15 minutes while she took several calls not even acknowledging me, when she could and should have just asked the next caller to hold so she could assist the customer in front of her. I completely wasted my time and was treated very poorly for no reason. Check n go in the colony has very poor customer service also I think she didn't want to serve me because I'm black not to play the race card but I'm sure she wouldn't have done that if I wasn't black.

I used check and go here and there for some personal loans due to an emergency with one of my dogs. These things have been re occurring so unfortunately I have had to use check and go several times. Anyway. All the experiences I have had are generally very good. I've only done business with the bran in The Colony once. I will not make that mistake again. The associate who is a younger guy is awesome. Very helpful very friendly, great service. The Manager at this branch I didn't remember her name, is a total joke. I've done retail management and all kinds of stuff in that field for a little while now and I can say any associate that treats customers like her would certainly no longer have a job. Is what it is. Not everyone knows what they are doing and not everyone can be competent in their job. Hopefully one day she at least learns how to provide acceptable service. They would probably be better off replacing her with a gas station attendant. Id do business with check and go again if I had to but just not with this branch. Only one star simply because the guy who helped me and has helped me in the past is awesome.
