Worst bank ever!!! Stay away. No picture deposits. App sucks. My wife is on my account also but they wouldn't let her get a new card for me in person at branch! Lost a deposit. Stay away!!!!! If I could do a zero star I would. When I went in to speak to them they could care less about any of the above stated problems. When I told them I needed a new debit card they said it would be 10$ then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't need a new card because I have only had mine for 7mnths and they should last longer that most people have them for years. Stay away.

They lock me out of my account without permission or phone call and now I'm broke until they open up again I'm closing my account this is the second time this has happened

This credit union has always been there for us. They are careful about our account's security. When someone stole our credit card info and charged $350 at a hotel in California, they credited it back the next day when we filed a police report. The employees are always polite and responsive.
