Friendly customer service. They seem to have lots of turnover in their loan officers which make things difficult. Lines are usually short.

Been a loyal customer for 4 years and just cannot get past the incredibly SLOW teller lines. The folks are very nice, but people's time is simply more valuable than that & they have no regard for it. I waited inside in line Friday over 15 minutes making me late to pick up my kids, and just now waited 12 minutes In the drive through and nobody was in front of me! I'm closing my accounts asap (personal, business, and merchant) and switching banks.
