DriveTime Used Cars in Temple, TX

At first I Thought this company was a hassle free place to get a car at. Seems like if you don't buy their extremely high priced warranty they tend stop caring about finding ways to further assist their customers. I requested a belt be changed on the truck as well as an oil change. They said it had been fixed, but still heard the belt on it. Heard the vacuum pump going out as well. Tried to call drive time and was told by Olivia that I would probably have to pay out of pocket since I didn't get their warranty. I've only had the truck two days. Bought on Saturday and today is Monday. Asked about their 5 day policy or 30 day warranty already included with their company FREE. She didnt know what i was talking about at first. Said I would have to find the number on my contract and talk to them. Called back and got Brandon on the phone who gladly gave me Customer Service Number and now my issue is finally resolved. Just saying I could of had a better experience with this company.

I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of the whole process, from approval to checking out the vehicle everything was done in a timely manner. There was no wasted time. The associate who took care of me was Tiara, and she did a great job and should be commended for her customer service and knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. I would recommend drive time to a friend.

The customer service was outstanding! Tiara was so great she worked really hard to make sure I got the car I wanted. Most dealerships just want to get you in and out the door so they can get paid. These guys here where super nice and made me feel comfortable while I shop for mine vehicle. If you are searching for a vehicle I suggest going there.

Super fast and awesome service from Jose....although the car was not washed prior to driving away...and the windows were dirty on the inside. Approval was so easy! *UPDATE* I decided I didn't like the vehicle I selected, and took it back within 3 days. Well, the other vehicle I wanted had an airbag light on, so they had to take it to the shop. I live about an hour away, and the manager told me to watch my mileage because after 400, I would be charged $1 per mile on the returned vehicle. She called later that day to let me know it was ready. When I get there, they tried to say that the limit is 300 miles on the returned vehicle and i would have to pay $40 for mileage. Luckily, they got in contact with the previous manager and didn't charge me. However, the new car I purchased had less than half a tank of gas(It wasn't refueled prior to driving away), and again, it wasn't washed prior to me driving off. Oh...and neither vehicle came with floor mats or an owner's manual. **Another Update** I've had the vehicle for 3 weeks now...and the passenger headlight has gone out as well as the driver's side reverse light. Now I regret ever getting a vehicle from here.

I entered DriveTime today with no expectations...and after three agonizing months of having to depend on others to get myself and my children around, I am DRIVING myself back home! I had almost lost hope but Brandon has restored my faith in myself and my new found confidence of getting my life back on track, but more importantly, renewed independence!!! I am SO grateful right now I could kiss the sky!!! Thank you guys SO much!!! I felt so welcome and appreciated by all the staff I encountered as soon as I hit the door. DriveTime Temple is my fresh start and I intend to take FULL advantage!!! Go see Brandon Benton, you will NOT be disappointed!!! You guys are life changers, kudos to your OUTSTANDING customer service!!!
