They don't even deserve one star. They sent my PAYROLL direct deposit back to my employer for no valid, sensible reason. It was processed fine the previous week. The lies and excuses they gave was sickening. They were blame shifting and the assistant branch manager, Jana, laughed in my face. If this is how they treat members, I would not advise anyone to bank here. Sincerely.

Please find another financial institution. Customer service is AWFUL. Opened an account online, went to deposit funds and service was horrible. Decided to close the account instead
