Slow and unfriendly. I always have issue with credit card getting blocked for no reasons. One good thing is the acceptance of foreigners when they move in through schlumberger expatriation.

Severely lacking in customer service. Tried to do a simple task - update our account to our new address...can't do it by phone...filled out their form and faxed it, called to confirm its receipt...and now they tell us they can't find the form we faxed and months later they still haven't changed our address. We're closing our account with them. Who needs that kind of customer care??
