SLB Credit union has ruined our credit and it was their fault! When you're overseas we called to have them fix the auto payments and they emailed saying they are NOT SLB!!! DONT USE THEM.

I've had a relationship with SECU for about 3 years and can tell you: stay away unless they're your only option (the case of many SLB international employees). I have been left hanging due to their mistakes several times now, and have been charged over $300 in fees. All the while being treated as if they're doing me a favor. I'm about to close my account here.

November 2016. I have had problems with my debt card not working since May 2016 that's when the old card was replaced with a new one with the chip. The one with the chip was replaced twice. Went shopping for Thanksgiving dinner and the card was declined twice. Embarrassing and ridiculous. I'm too scared to use my own account. Feel like screaming to the top of my lungs,
