I've used many banks over the years. This bank , by far, has the worst customer service ever. The tellers are unfriendly and have an attitude. Seriously considering a bank change.

Worse service! Went to cash a check that my client wrote me, took me 2 hours of questions, phone calls, and finally my client had to go in person and tell them to cash his check. Geezz! Defeats the whole purpose of check-writing. Don't want to play the race-card, but it might have something to do with it. I'm a web developer and own multiple businesses. I don't get it.
