I originally chose to 'check out' Austin Mortgage Associates because of their Better Business Bureau rating of A+. The process went from checking out to choosing to do business with them because of James Copeland. James is straight forward and has expert knowledge of loan processes. He treated my family with respect and kept us informed. We love our new home! Thank you James and team!!!

Austin Mortgage Associates made my first home buying experience as smooth as possible. James and Cathy were extremely diligent and interminable in securing my loan and establishing every detail prior to closing. I could not have asked for them to work harder, or more professional on my behalf. Austin Mortgage Associates went above their duty on my behalf and I am very grateful for their service. They have me as a customer for life and I would implore all my friends and family to do the same.

I cannot recommend James Copeland and Austin Mortgage Associates highly enough. James knew precisely what we needed to do to buy a home. If you listen to him and follow his instructions you will have zero problems buying a home. Due to a previous home buying experience many years ago, I was worried that things would go wrong throughout the process, with the underwriters constantly telling us to do more and give them more money. Not with James. He is so good at his job that if you do what he tells you to do, the process will be seamless. No surprises, no closing delays. I cannot imagine a better experience buying a home.

James and his wonderful team, are the ultimate professionals. They treated me like a person, not a number, took the time to understand my situation properly, before finding exactly the right mortgage for me, and then went on to handle EVERYTHING quickly and Professionally. Even the Title company that the seller used, was amazed at their efficient and responsive attitude. I can honestly say that I would still be stuck renting and believing the " You have to have this credit score to qualify" nonsense from QL and the Big Banks, if it wasn't for James. He really went the extra mile and I now own a beautiful home. I cant thank Him, and his great processor Cathy, enough. Add to that they are Dan nice people too, the sort of folks you will want to hang out with afterward, and you have an amazing package !!!
