They close my account after 6 years of using this bank just because my id.cudnt even open a business account with them Other bank like velocity credit union gave me a $22k loan with my limited term id Never coming back to this bank once i receive my regular id Ill stay with velocity and capitol one

This is worst branch ever. Bank manager not even at the bank. How can you be a bank manager?

Fantastic experience!! From the moment i walked in i was greet with energetic personnel. Maria Wilkinson took care of my ATM problem, Ms Quantative offered me some tea, and Ms Doris Franklin the manager was indeed very personable. A very wonderful experience especially at a bank. KUDOS FOR IBC ROUND ROCK @TURTLE CREEK MARKET.

On website it says it's open from 12 to 4 on Sunday and it's NOT!! Im outside the bank right now on 4/09/17 It's irritating that I had to drive about 20 mins.

A 2 star rating is at best I can give this bank. I've had nothing but issues with them. The main reason I chose them was because of the hours they had. Like Sunday 12pm to 4pm. I'm sitting outside a location right now its 1:28pm and its closed.Really
